Beginning January 1, 2020, The World Handicap System went into effect. All golf clubs will be required to attend a handicap certification class and pass the required test with a minimum score of 80%. As part of this new system, all golf clubs must complete this part of the USGA/SCGA Club Licensing Agreement in order to use any part of the World Handicap System.
