Welcome to the new SCGA.org!
The SCGA is excited to introduce its members to a redesigned and enhanced website, aimed at making SCGA.org more inviting and easier to navigate. Highly-used features like score posting, tournament registration and Handicap Index lookup will be easier to find than ever, and tools will be available for users to designate their areas of interest. In addition, a more modern design and experience has been created, with frequent videos showcasing swing instruction and highlighting various SCGA initiatives like our Pace of Play Pledge.
The new website will also provide more interactive opportunities, with a comment feature for members to share their opinions and questions. In its mission to lead and serve amateur golf in Southern California, the SCGA is certain the redesigned SCGA.org will be a valuable resource for all Southland golfers.
Some of the exciting new features include:
Tee Time Reservations - The SCGA has partnered with American Golf to bring members the ability to purchase tee times on scga.org. This service will also connect with SCGA Member Club advantages, providing SCGA member-only pricing for Southern California golf courses.
SCGA TV - This feature will bring new and exciting segments for members. This includes swing instruction, fitness tips, rules crew videos, tournament highlights and much more!
Get in the Conversation - When logged into the new site, you can leave comments on news stories, tournament results and other relevant pages. Join in the conversation with fellow SCGA members!
Mobile Devices - The new scga.org is fully compatible with mobile phones and tablets, meaning you can do everything from post a score from the golf course parking lot to brush up on a swing tip as you wait for your tee time. Head to scga.org from a mobile device now to check it out!
