Fourth of July Golf Course Fashion Essentials

For me, Independence Day is a cherished holiday and summertime highlight. It’s the perfect day to set aside differences and focus on the many positives that we enjoy in the USA. It’s my RED, WHITE & BLUE day.

A lot of us will be on the golf course enjoying this special holiday, and perhaps a BBQ with friends following our round. If you have read any of my previous articles, you know I don’t miss an excuse to demonstrate holiday personality on the course. Fourth of July is perfect for this! Here are some of my favorite ideas to honor America on the golf course.

I recently discovered an upscale collection of beautiful golf apparel that is perfect for America lovers and Fourth of July celebrants. Check out the “Monaco” collection from Lohla Sport. The “Starry Eyed” pants and skorts are navy doused with white stars and when mixed with any of Lohla’s bold red, white, and blue color blocked tops, they will impress any patriot. The Lohla Sport “Celine” white sweater with red and blue stripes exudes a beautiful outer layer of pride. .

If you are looking to be loud and proud, then visit the Loudmouth website and look for the Urban Patriot, Fairway Stars and Stripes or Columbus Blue prints for women’s skorts and shorts.

BSkinz is a skort company (soon to introduce pants) that manufactures their products in the USA. They offer several perfect prints for the 4th of July holiday. Skorts come in a standard 18” length but can be customized shorter when placing your order. Look for the “Americana,” “Betsy” and “Go Big” prints.

This article would be remiss if I did not mention the “Red, White and Blue” collection from Skort Obsession. It’s a collection of patriotic skorts with unique prints and designs. Think navy and red stars on the skort and red and white stripes on the shorties underneath, or flags and fireworks as just two examples. These are eye popping fun!

Perhaps adding a patriotic golf shoe to your golf wardrobe seems indulgent, but if you consider Memorial Day, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day, President’s Day as additional wearing opportunities, then perhaps this purchase is justified! It is certainly a statement of patriotism afoot.
