First thing you will need is your GHIN #. This will be the number you use to log all scores in the GHIN Mobile app (Apple Store download link or Google Play download link).

It’s important to log every score as we play net tournament formats and so the accuracy of your handicap is crucial to ensure fair play.

TITLE OF EVENT will be held on DATE at GOLF COURSE with tee times beginning at TIME. Entry fee will be $## and will include your greens fee, cart, range balls, tournament buy-in and drink/food.
If you’d like to RSVP, please METHOD OF RSVP by RSVP DEADLINE to ensure you have a spot. Any RSVPs after that date can’t be guaranteed as we have to submit a head count to the course by that time. And remember, your RSVP is not final until we receive your payment as the course requires payment upfront.

Often the best form of marketing you can do is to let the people who love your club do the pitching for you! I wanted to take a moment to ask a favor of you on behalf of CLUB NAME.
As we look to keep our club growing, I figured we could add a little incentive in the mix to get your friends, coworkers, and family into the fold. For the next month, whoever refers the most members to our club will get a free entry into our EVENT NAME or whatever incentive you choose. Even $10 back from their membership fee could be worth it depending on how you’ve structured your league’s buy-in.
