Senior Foursomes Championship
March 6 - 7, 2023, Spanish Hills Club
This Championship is open to two-person teams with each SCGA member having a Handicap Index of 7.4 or below. Players must be 55 years of age or older.
The format is alternate shot with one player teeing off on the odd-numbered holes and the other player teeing off on the even-numbered holes.
Mack/Ream Capture Senior Foursomes in Wire-to-Wire Fashion
John Mack and Jim Ream went wire-to-wire to win the 2023 Senior Foursomes championship at Spanish Hills Club on Tuesday.
Sharing the lead with the dominant duo of Robert Funk/Randy Haag after one round, Mack/Ream separated themselves with a strong back-nine where they rolled in a critical birdie on No. 14 en route to a three-stroke victory, finishing at four-over 146.
