Foursomes Championship

March 6 - 7, 2023, Spanish Hills Club

This Championship is open to two-person teams with each SCGA member having a Handicap Index of 7.4 or below.

The format is alternate shot with one player teeing off on the odd-numbered holes and the other player teeing off on the even-numbered holes.

Results

John Adams and Mark Strickland captured the 2023 Foursomes Championship in dramatic fashion, as Adams holed out for eagle from the fairway on No. 18 to provide the necessary boost for his team to hoist the crystal.

The duo collaborated to shoot 73-72 (shooting one-under through their final nine holes), good for a three-stroke victory and their first win in this championship.
