After surviving local qualifying at sites across the country, U.S. Open hopefuls will try to advance past the final round of qualifying on Monday. For SCGA members, the most convenient of those sites is in Daly City, Calif., where both Lake Merced GC and TPC at Harding Park will be needed to host the large field of players. Click here for a full list of participants and pairings. There are seven qualifying spots available. For scores, news and more, follow us on Twitter.

Josh Anderson: The 2007 California Amateur Champion is coming off of a recent win at his NCAA West Regional, where he recorded the lowest score of the tournament to advance to the NCAA Championships, which are being held this week at Riviera CC. Anderson is wrapping up a successful career at Pepperdine University, and will begin his quest to turn professional later this summer.
Anton Arboleda: A member of the extremly strong UCLA men's golf team, Arboleda is currently having success at the NCAA Championships, being held this week at Riviera CC. Arboleda also won the 2011 SCGA Match Play Championship.
Beau Hossler: The high school senior is looking to repeast his U.S. Open Sectional success from a year ago, when he represented the youngest participant in the 2011 U.S. Open at Congressional. Hossler was named earlier this year by ESPN as one of their 18 under 18 stars, and is currently competing in the CIF/SCGA Southern Regional Championship.
Jacob Knapp: Knapp made a splash in local qualifying, when he shot a 61, the lowest score of any qualifier in the nation, and missing the Newport Beach CC course record by just one stroke. The Estancia High School senior will be heading to UCLA in the fall, but first will be playing the SCGA Amateur Championship at Big Canyon CC as well as the California State Amateur at La Cumbre CC.
Bhavik Patel: Patel had an impressive 2011, when he won the California Amateur title, SCGA Four-Ball Championship and came in fifth at the SCGA Amateur. Earlier this year, he qualified for and played in a Nationwide Tour event.
Manav Shah: An SCGA Tournament regular, Shah recently transferred to UCLA from University of San Diego, and is currently serving a redshirt season. Along with his good friend Bhavik Patel, Shah won the 2011 SCGA Four-Ball Championship, held at Hacienda GC, and finished second at the 2011 SCGA Amateur Championship, finishing just one-stroke behind current teammate Patrick Cantlay.
