Cancellation Policy: Players who are unable to make their tee time for any SCGA or CGA event must contact the SCGA prior to the event. If a player fails to appear for his or her assigned tee time without contacting the SCGA, his or her entry may be declined for future events. Most SCGA and CGA qualifying sites are run at full capacity and in some instances players are left out of qualifying due to oversubscription. Consequently, this policy will be strictly enforced.

Refund Policy: Requests for refunds prior to the entry closing date will be honored less a $5 administrative fee. Requests received after the closing date and 48 hours (2 business days) prior to the event will be honored less 50% of the entry. No refunds will be honored within 48 hours (2 business days) prior to the event. Administrative charges for CGA events are $25 for qualifying and $50 for championships. In lieu of a refund, players may opt to donate their entire entry fee to the SCGA Foundation (This is a fully tax-deductible donation; a receipt will be mailed to the donor.
