Hogarth/Segal take home inaugural Stableford Team Championship

In the inaugural SCGA Stableford Team Championship, it was a pair of familiar faces bringing home the hardware. Tim Hogarth (Simi Hills) and Corby Segal (Woodland Hills CC) teamed up to decimate a strong field at Indian Wells Golf Resort.

The duo of Hogarth/Segal ran away with the team competition. Playing a point-based format, the pair totaled 154 points after scoring 75 in Round 1 and 79 on the final day of play, marking the two single highest round totals of the entire tournament.

The second place groups of Mark Miller/Dan Sullivan and Jeffrey Fortson/Robbie Foster both recorded 142 points.

The Stableford Team format awards points individually, per hole, for gross scores.
