Any advice on the following: I have been experiencing a sharp pain that starts at the plant of my right foot and kind of shoots up through my leg and makes it impossible to push off my right foot during the follow through of the swing.  I am a right handed golfer. I started feeling this pain about 3 months ago, prior to that I did not have this pain. It is getting in the way of my swing.

I like that hip stretch, its a great supplement to my existing hip stretches

I often have back pain and look forward to using these stretches to help ease the pain.
