For me, this is a good exercise for my mind. This helps me understand how it feels for my upper and lower body to move separately. I’m already starting to see an improvement in starting my swing with my lower body.

What drills can one practice while hitting balls in real time to achieve the same? e.g. Hitting balls with feet close together?
A good stretch but could use some more details as it is easy to losen the hips and think you have a good turn when it is just a lack of stable base.
