Can you find the Rules Crew video on a ball hung up on a rake in a bunker? Once the rake is removed, the ball is on the up slope of the bunker and will always roll closer to the hole. The slope of the bunker is so steep that no relief in the bunker is available. The ball must be then dropped outside the bunker, on a line between the hole and the ball with a one stroke penalty. Of course, you can go back and play your shot over…..with a stroke and distance penalty.
