Everyone should read “The Un-spoken rules of golf etiquette” by James Simpson.  It has a huge list of endorsements, including Jack Nicklaus, and is pretty clear on how anyone can speed up their game.

Plus, lets keep off the blue tees until our index gets to single digits!
