Refer a Friend 2017 Rules
Contest Period: April 1, 2017 12:00 A.M. - June 30, 2017 11:59 P.M.
How to Enter:
An email will be sent to members of participating clubs on April 1, 2017 that will contain a unique link to forward to friends and family. This link will allow the SCGA to attribute successful online transactions (club signups) to a particular member. To refer someone:
- Forward this email to a non-member friend
- They click the signup button and join!
- You receive credit for each signup that comes from your email!
- Recruit three or more members and you'll receive a $20 gift card to Roger Dunn / The Golf Mart!
At the conclusion of the "Contest Period," the SCGA will pool all members from all participating clubs and award the top five overall members with most referrals according to the prize structure below:
- 1st Place: $500 Roger Dunn/The Golf Mart Gift Card
- 2nd Place: $300 Roger Dunn/The Golf Mart Gift Card
- 3rd Place: $100 Roger Dunn/The Golf Mart Gift Card
- 4th Place: $50 Roger Dunn/The Golf Mart Gift Card
- 5th Place: $50 Roger Dunn/The Golf Mart Gift Card
Eligibility:
All members of participating SCGA Member Clubs who have an SCGA commerce portal are eligible for the contest.
Contest Rules:
- Only successful transactions within the timeframe of the "Contest Period" will be counted.
- All transactions must take place on the SCGA commerce portal operated on behalf of your club. No cash/in-person transactions will be counted.
- Prizes will not be awarded on a "per-club basis." The winners will be chosen based on overall recruitment of members in all participating clubs.
- In the event of a tie, the participant with the transaction closest to the conclusion of the "Contest Period" will be the winner.
