5. I lost my membership card, how do I get it replaced? - Top

The SCGA will issue replacement cards at the request of a club's Handicap Chairman, either in writing or by phone. Two new cards will be issued and sent directly to the member. There is a $5 charge for each set of cards that are printed. Cards are printed every Thursday evening and mailed out that Friday afternoon. - Updated: August 10, 2005
