  • F.A.Q: Posting of Scores

This section covers questions regarding score posting and index calculation.

    2. I played a couple of rounds in Hawaii last week. They had a computer at the courses, but I don't think my scores transmitted correctly. Is there any way to post these? - Top

Scores posted in Hawaii cannot be transmitted to your SCGA member number. Hawaii is the largest state and regional association that is not a member of the International Golf Network or IGN. IGN is the current vehicle used to transmit scores while playing away from Southern California. Those scores may be entered one of two ways. You can post away scores through the SCGA's Net Post or online posting system. If your club does not allow use of internet posting or Net Post then you must ask your handicap chairman to post those scores for you. To see if your clubs allows Internet posting go to Net Post from the SCGA home pages Handicap and Membership section. Once there you will see a search engine by county. - Updated: August 10, 2005
