The total rounds recorded for a particular month is not a reflection of rounds played during a particular month. The total rounds recorded is a counter of how many rounds were inputted during that month regardless of when they were actually played. The cutoff each month may vary for scores accepted and downloaded to member files for the upcoming Index revision period. The cutoff typically ranges between the 22nd thru 25th of the current month. If scores are posted prior to the 22nd they should appear the following month. If scores are missing it’s best to check with your club representative. If the scores fail to reach your score file give the score card(s) to your Handicap Chairperson.
