Use of the slope charts available in the back of your SCGA Directory of Golf is the easiest way to determine a player's course handicap. The SCGA's Tournament Module also has the ability to do this for all members of a particular club. On an individual basis you can use the Handicap Index Lookup feature on the SCGA website. Once you view a player's current scoring history there is a Handicap Calculator selection on the top right that allows you to convert a player's current index to any slope necessary. - Updated: August 10, 2005
