2. Who determines the size of a Handicap Adjustment? - Top

The Handicap Committee shall determine the amount of the adjustment. In extreme cases of a player's no-cooperation, withdrawl of the Handicap Index may be warranted.

At the discretion of the Handicap Committee a player's Handicap Index may be changed when normal computation methods produce a handicap obviously incinsistant with the individuals ability.

A player's Handicap Index may be changed by contacting the SCGA Handicap & Membership Department in writing. - Updated: August 11, 2005
