    4. My password for the Handicap Chairmen's website does not work, what should I do? - Top

    Please make sure you are not trying to use the password for the E-Maintenance website. As a reminder, the User Name is your Club Code (SS99), it is case sensitive so please make sure the letters are in CAPS. Your password is your Handicap Chairmen Certification number. If you have forgotten this number please contact the Handicap & Membership Department at (800) 913-7242 and we will be glad to provide you with this information.
