An applicant for membership wants two Club Members as Sponsors.
The applicant will:
Have a current SCGA/USGA or equivalent handicap/index number; or submit at least five score cards of 18- hole rounds played within the last 12 months, or agree to join the Club without a current index/handicap and play as a non-competitor in the tournaments until five score cards are accumulated, after which an index will be established by the Club Handicap Chair. At this time the new member is given Full Golfing Member status.
Application, dues, and score cards (as appropriate) will be sent per instructions below.
Membership is for one calendar year; with applications being accepted throughout the year. Dues will remain at $65 for the first six months of the year (until the Club Championship event in June)at which time they will be reduced to $48.
New member applicants are informed that to be eligible to be named Club Champion at the annual event, they must have played in at least five Club tournaments prior to the Championship. Regardless, all members are encouraged to participate in the tournament and are eligible to win prizes.
