SCGA's Net Championship Begins Monday

Amateur Net returns to Industry Hills

Round 1 Scoring

The SCGA's Amateur Net Championship returns to Industry Hills GC for the fifth straight year next week, as a field of 180 competitors will play 36 holes of golf in two days. The Championship will alternate between the Eishenhower and Zaharias courses.

This event started in 1993 in order to give all SCGA members an opportunity to compete in a major association tournament regardless of his/her handicap index level. The qualifying and championship fields are divided into flights of different handicap levels. Click here for a recap of last year's event.

Named the “2010 Golf Course of the Year” by the National Golf Course Owners Association, and host of the 2011 LPGA Kia Classic, Industry Hills GC will be hosting this prestigious championship for the fifth straight year. The newly remodeled golf courses and resort amenities make Industry Hills not only a spectacular test of golf, but a first class destination in Southern California. All 180 players will play both the Eisenhower and Zaharias courses throughout the championship.  All players will switch courses after Round 1 and be re-paired based on Monday's results.
