Since joining the SCGA in 2006, Alice's main objective is to provide SCGA members with an excellent customer service experience. Being the first contact person over the phone and at the office, she strives to ensure that members walk away feeling that their questions or concerns were answered in a timely manner.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
“I enjoy hearing from members. Being the first person who picks up the phone when members call, I get to hear their feedback. It’s rewarding to hear compliments from our membership, but at the same time it's equally as rewarding to help them when they have a concern.”
What is the most valuable thing you've learned while working at the SCGA?
"Working in the world of golf encourages discipline and patience."
